Does God allow trials and temptations?

         We have always wondered whether God allows temptations in our lives. Bible says that God does allow us into temptations.
         The best classic example that we all know is that of Job
Job:1.12
     And the Lord said unto satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand.
          We find from the life of Job God giving permission to satan, to test and allow misery. And satan seems not satisfied with claiming the lives his ten children and destroying his entire wealth(cattle wealth) that Job amassed in his entire lifetime.
Job:2.4
     And satan answered the Lord, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.
         We find satan trying to intimidate God claiming that all man desires is good health and life. And surprisingly, we find God giving him permission to afflict Job again. God asks for but one thing, to save Job's life.
Job:2.6
     And the Lord said unto satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.
         Maybe, satan would have claimed Job's life if God had given him permission. The misery and the mental trouble that Job had to face is written in the book of Job.
         The next example is that of Jesus Christ.
         We find the Holy Spirit Himself, taking Christ into the wilderness to be tested and tempted by satan.
Matthew:4.1
     Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
          Holy Spirit will lead us into temptation. And we shall pray and wait with patience and pass the test. 
Luke:22.31
     And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:
Luke:22.32
      But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
          Whatever maybe the tribulations we should never lose our faith in God. And always know that we have a Christ who intercedes for us.
Job:23.10
      But He knoweth the way that I take: when He hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
1Corinthians:10.13
      But God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptationalso make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

The Fates

The old cruel lady came downtown
In her wretched face, an frown
Which she wore like a medal she earned
The rod and her mind were both crooked
With the coldest look she claimed
A fear from the bottomless hearts.
She came travelling from afar
Because she bore in her heart a scar
Against the sisters who never fought
Whatever the situation be might.
She knocked the door of the sisters
Opened by Moon and June her sister.
They welcomed the Fate with cheer
For they had never known any fear.
The Fate that once whispered softly
In the ears of Macbeth, the then King,
Sowed the seeds of hate on the very house;
Which began to grow slow as mouse.
Moon and June fought like never before
Without notice of the hate afore.
Moon with anger went up the Sky
And stayed all the day morn
Till it became the dark night.
At night it peeped to see June
Who lay asleep in the arms of the Year.
And Year in turn promised to send
The lovely June once in a year
That they maybe together like before
For the entire month!

The soldiers

They stood at the edge of the hill
The century long warriors
The trees have guarded the hill,
Their heart and their soul.
They stand without the fear
For anything or anyone.

Have you visited the deep woods
By the edge of the hill
And wondered why they are lush?
Have you heard the whispering
In the woods by the unseen souls
Of those dead long time ago?

The most revered among the hills
Has the species of nowhere else!
Dare would any man enter
The woods with irreverence?
The living woods of the earth
Hidden from human eyes.
